Overview :
Tulasi and Haldi are two star ingredients that are enough to keep the common problems at bay, add a sweetener of your choice, and boil.
Ingredients :
- A handful of tulasi leaves
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 2tsp of honey or jaggery
- 2 cups of water
Procedure :
- In a saucepan, add a 2 cups of water, and let it come to a rolling boil.
- Slightly crush the tulasi leaves with your hand add this to the boiling water.
- Add Haldi and let this boil until the water has reduced a little in quantity.
- Turn off the heat and pour in mugs.
- Add a tbsp of honey or jaggery to each mug, stir until dissolve and drink hot.
