Spicy food recipe as a Indian style chicken curry

Overview :

Tariwala chicken is all about masalas and spicy gravy. The chicken is cooked in a flavourful gravy that will surely give your tongue a wholesome sensation

Ingredients :

  • 500gms chicken pieces
  • 1 and half finely chopped onions
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Star Anise
  • 4 Pepper Corns 
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Procedure :

  1. First marinate the chicken with curd, spices and ginger garlic paste and set it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Then in a pan add onions and fry them till they are crispy and brown. Once it's done take it out and add the chicken to fry it.
  3. When the chicken starts frying add all the masalas and ginger garlic paste. 
  4. Mix these well till all the flavours combine and add some water.
  5. Let it cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Then add curd and cook till the oil starts separating.
  6. Till it cooks, blend your fried onions with hand spices and throw in the chicken.
  7. Mix and cook for additional 5 to 6 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
