Overview :

These fried baby corns are coated with all purpose flour and tossed in a variety of masalas. You will be enjoying this snack in no time.

Ingredients :

  • 1 packet baby corn
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Piri piri powder
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • Salt to taste

Procedure :

  1. Take a packet of baby corn and cut them from between.
  2. Now in a separate bowl take some all purpose flour, corn flour, oregano and salt to taste.
  3. Add some water to this and form a slurry, now, throw in baby corn and coat them well.
  4. Next, fry till golden brown.
  5. Once done add chat masala, red chilli flakes and piri piri powder form top and serve hot.
