Doodh Poha Recipe
Overview :
Doodh Poha is made by simmering the poha in sweetened milk and garnishing it further with dry fruits. It is supposed to be eaten cold.

- 500 Mililitres Milk
- 1 cup Poha
- Jaggery-as per taste
- 1 tsp Almonds (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cashew Nuts (chopped)
- 1 tsp Raisins (chopped)
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Soak the poha in water for a minute or two and drain out the excess water. Keep aside.
- Boil the milk with cardamom and bay leaf.
- Add the soaked poha in it and stir to avoid burning.
- When you get the desired consistency, lower the flame and add jaggery or sugar and mix everything together.
- Add the dried fruits and nuts and mix
