Ingredients :
  • 2 Apples
  • 3 tsp Caramel Flavored Syrup
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed Powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa with Almond spread
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 3-4 Ice cubes
  • 2 tsp Oats
  • 2-3 tsp Milk
  • Whipped Cream for Garnish
Procedure :
  1. Place milk and oats into a bowl for a few minute to soften the oats.
  2. In a blender, blend the softened oats, peeled and chopped apple, flaxseed Powder, cocoa with almond spread, caramel flavored syrup, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until very smooth.
  4. Pour in a long glass. Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel bits.
