Ingredients :
  • 1 cup Poha
  • 1 Bowl Dahi
  • Gud (syrup/grated) as per taste
  • Dry fruits to garnish
Procedure :
  1. Firstly, wash the poha in running water.
  2. Then transfer the poha in a bowl of dahi.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Transfer it to serving bowls and drizzle gud as much as you want.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
