Grilled Chicken Recipe

Grilled chicken is certainly a favourite amongst all, right ? It is super delicious, healthy and easy to make. Pair it up with some grilled or fried veggies and there you get your wholesome meal ready in just a matter of minutes.

Ingredients :
- 500 gms Chicken Chunks
- 1 tsp Tandoori Chicken Masala
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
Procedure :
- Wash chicken chucks and pat them dry before marinating.
- In a bowl, add curd that has been hung for at least 15 minutes and then add tandoori masala to it.
- Mix everything together properly and let this marinate for a minimum of an hour.
- Once done, heat a thick bottomed pan and roast the chicken chunks in medium-high flame for 15 minutes each on both sides.
- You may brush the chicken chunks with ghee for that extra glossy look.
- Serve with mint chutney and enjoy!
