Overview :

Protein rich cottage cheese and low calories cucumber make a stailer pair in the salad. Add the crunchy onions and tangy tomatoes, and you get a mish-mash of different flavours with range of nutrients.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 cup granted paneer
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes 
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt for taste

Procedure :

  1. Take a large container and add a cucumber, tomatoes, onion and mix it well.
  2. Now add granted paneer in the same container along with salt and black pepper. Again mix it well.
  3. Now take a separate bowl and add lemon along with honey and mix it well.
  4. Add honey,lemon dressing on the top of the salad and enjoy !
