This keto friendly Manchurian recipe is just the right thing if you want something healthy yet delectable. Try it out without any guilt trip.
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup paneer
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1/2 cup onions
- 2 tbsp flax seed powder
- 2 tbsp Isapgol
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp pepper
- Salt as per taste
Procedure :
- To make this dish first add all your grated veggies in a bowl with salt, chilli powder, pepper, Isapgol and flax seed powder.
- Mix these well and make small balls. Then fry these.
- Now in a separate pan add chopped ginger and garlic with chopped onion. Now throw in soya sauce, chilli sauce and a bit of vinegar.
- Once this starts to sizzle, add the Manchurian balls and combine well.
- Serve hot and enjoy !
