 This keto friendly Manchurian recipe is just the right thing if you want something healthy yet delectable. Try it out without any guilt trip.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 tbsp flax seed powder
  • 2 tbsp Isapgol
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • Salt as per taste 

Procedure :

  1. To make this dish first add all your grated veggies in a bowl with salt, chilli powder, pepper, Isapgol and flax seed powder.
  2. Mix these well and make small balls. Then fry these.
  3. Now in a separate pan add chopped ginger and garlic with chopped onion. Now throw in soya sauce, chilli sauce and a bit of vinegar.
  4. Once this starts to sizzle, add the Manchurian balls and combine well.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy !
