Overview :
This delicious and indulgent chickpea cutlet is made with leftover veggies and masalas that will make your tongue tingle. Pair the cutlet with your evening tea and some delicious chai to enjoy!
Ingredients :
- 1 cup soaked chickpea
- 1/2 chopped onions
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Chillies (chopped)
- 5 - 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
- Medium sized ginger (chopped)
- Chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Italian seasoning as required
- Salt as required
Procedure :
- Take soaked chickpea add them in grinder along with ginger, garlic, chilli, salt, and pepper and make a smooth paste.
- Remove the paste to a bowl and add chopped onions, half of the bread crumbs, maida, Italian seasoning and mix it well.
- Shape into a cutlet and pan fry with minimim oil.
- Pair it up with your favourite chutney and savour !
