Crispy cornflakes chivda

Overview :
The recipe is so easy that all you need to do is add your entire ingredients one after the other, fry them slightly for a couple of minutes and you are good to go.
Ingredients :
- 2 Cup unsweetened cornflakes
- 8 - 10 peanuts
- 8 - 10 cashew nuts
- 8 - 10 almonds
- 8 - 10 curry leaves
- 5 - 6 raisins
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tap garam masala
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Salt to taste
Procedure :
- In a pan heat oil, in the slightly roast peanuts, cashew, almonds, separately one by one until they start Browning a little.
- Now after removing the nuts, in the same pan and curry leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala and powdered sugar and mix it well.
- Once everything is mixed well add the nuts and raisins and mix them well too.
- Now add the cornflakes and mix it with a light hand so that the cornflakes don't break.
- Mix this for another 4 - 5 minutes and serve.
