Overview : 

The recipe is so easy that all you need to do is add your entire ingredients one after the other, fry them slightly for a couple of minutes and you are good to go.

Ingredients :

  • 2 Cup unsweetened cornflakes
  • 8 - 10 peanuts
  • 8 - 10 cashew nuts
  • 8 - 10 almonds
  • 8 - 10 curry leaves
  • 5 - 6 raisins
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tap garam masala
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • Salt to taste

Procedure :

  1. In a pan heat oil, in the slightly roast peanuts, cashew, almonds, separately one by one until they start Browning a little.
  2. Now after removing the nuts, in the same pan and curry leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala and powdered sugar and mix it well.
  3. Once everything is mixed well add the nuts and raisins and mix them well too.
  4. Now add the cornflakes and mix it with a light hand so that the cornflakes don't break.
  5. Mix this for another 4 - 5 minutes and serve.
